Program Director – Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association

Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association (OGCMA) is seeking a Christ-centered Program Director to lead year-round ministry, worship, events, arts, recreation, hospitality, and community programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee mission-aligned annual programming.
• Coordinate worship services, spiritual formation programs, retreats, and special events.
• Lead concerts, performing arts, community events, and seasonal traditions.
• Build relationships with speakers, artists, vendors, ministry partners, and community stakeholders.
• Lead and develop program staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers.
• Manage budgets, contracts, schedules, and program operations.
• Oversee guest experiences, recreation, Grove Hall Retreat and Conference Center, and The HUB Welcome Center.
• Partner with communications staff on program guides, website, social media, signage, and promotions.
• Evaluate programs for quality, participation, mission alignment, and effectiveness.
• Participate in Sunday services, evening/weekend programs, retreats, concerts, and major seasonal events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, nonprofit management, communications, or related field required; M.Div. or theology degree preferred.
• Active Christian faith and alignment with OGCMA’s mission, vision, and Statement of Faith.
• Experience leading programs in a ministry, nonprofit, cultural, hospitality, or related setting.
• Experience managing staff, volunteers, budgets, vendors, and multiple projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Servant-hearted leadership, sound judgment, creativity, and attention to detail.
