Program Director

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee 24/7 Queens street outreach operations and housing placement efforts
• Supervise Assistant Program Directors and outreach/case management teams
• Manage staffing, deployment strategies, performance targets, and program operations
• Ensure housing placement goals, contract deliverables, and KPIs are met
• Develop outreach and engagement strategies for individuals experiencing street homelessness
• Support Housing First, Harm Reduction, crisis intervention, and best-practice approaches
• Collaborate with DHS, hospitals, housing providers, community partners, and other stakeholders
• Oversee program budget, compliance, staff development, and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience with 24/7 programs and homeless/formerly homeless populations strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction
• Crisis intervention, risk assessment, and incident management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
