Program Director – Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association
Are you a Christ-centered leader with a passion for ministry and leadership? Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association is seeking a Program Director to oversee year-round worship services, retreats, concerts, community events, recreation, and spiritual formation.
This full-time leadership role includes leading staff and volunteers, managing programs and budgets, building community partnerships, and ensuring every program reflects OGCMA's Christian mission and heritage.
Qualifications:
- Active and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Ministry, nonprofit, or program leadership experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $80,000–$115,000 salary
