As a Program Director, you will lead site operations, oversee housing programs and supportive services, and drive outcomes that help veterans and their families achieve long-term housing stability and independence.This role is ideal for a leader experienced in program management, staff supervision, and community partnerships within homeless services, supportive housing, or behavioral health.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee daily program operations for housing and supportive services programsSupervise Program Managers, behavioral health leaders, and multidisciplinary teamsEnsure delivery of case management, mental health services, life skills programming, and housing supportBuild and maintain partnerships with VA, Continuum of Care (CoC), landlords, funders, and community providersCreate and sustain a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment for clientsMonitor program performance, outcomes, and service delivery metricsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and VA regulations, including HMIS data integrityOversee facility operations, housing quality, and property management coordinationManage budgets, expenses, and program financial performanceLead staff hiring, supervision, training, and performance managementConduct internal audits, documentation reviews, and quality assurance activitiesFacilitate team meetings, stakeholder engagement, and community presentationsOversee inventory, site resources, and emergency preparednessRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field4+ years of experience in program management, housing programs, or social services leadershipProven experience in staff supervision, program development, and budget managementStrong knowledge of homeless services, supportive housing, and veteran servicesExperience with HMIS, data reporting, and compliance standardsDemonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary team environmentsExcellent communication, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and program data systemsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or Nonprofit ManagementExperience with VA programs, or Continuum of Care (CoC) systemsBackground in behavioral health or integrated service delivery modelsLeadership role with direct impact on veteran housing outcomesOpportunity to lead high-performing programs and teamsCollaborative, mission-driven culture focused on innovation and results
