Program Director: Licensed Social Worker

RegalCare at Wakefield is seeking a licensed Social Worker to step into the newly created Program Director role at our Wakefield facility.

The ideal candidate will lead collaborative care planning with the Social Service Director, Recreation Director, and nurse management to advance member outcomes. Duties include identifying barriers to care plan goals and implementing effective interventions within the plan of care. Prior behavioral health experience is preferred.
