Alpha is seeking a Program Director to coach Guides and K-3 students using performance data and direct feedback, owning accountability for progress. You will run one-hour live workshops on life skills, deliver motivation sessions, and refine playbooks that scale best practices across cohorts.
As a leader, you will train Guides, monitor outcomes, and ensure alignment with Alpha's three promises: love of school, faster learning, and strong life skills.
