Key qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ADA compliance, construction inspection, or similar technical program management role
- Working knowledge of ADA and PROWAG compliance standards and INDOT construction practices
- Experience with field inspection and installation of ADA facilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with INDOT staff, consultants, designers, and contractors
- Proficiency with GIS mapping systems and technical documentation
