Program DirectorWe are searching for a dynamic Program Director who is able to work independently and assist our agency grow by increasing referrals while retaining high client satisfaction and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.Responsibilities IncludeGrow agency census by establishing beneficial relationships with referral sources and increasing referralsMaintain involvement in the community to bring awareness of agency servicesOpen and license additional sitesEnsure all DBHDS applicable laws and regulations are followedHire, train, retain, and supervise group home managers, program specialists, and home managersParticipate in state monitoring and compliance surveys and complete requests for qualification and related paperworkDevelop and update policies and proceduresEnsure all individual and staff paperwork is accurate, complete, maintained, and kept updatedEnsure all homes are kept up to code in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, safe and well keptEnsure home expenses are in line with budget by establishing expense guidelines, monitoring expenditures, and tracking financial operationsEnsure efficient and effective operationsEnsure high level client satisfactionWork closely with staff to ensure proper scheduling of caregivers and solve issues that ariseEnsure accurate staffing of clients with caregivers based on location, time, skills/needs, and requestsUtilize our web-based care management system to monitor operations including clinical documentation, monitor care logs, and to maintain individual and employee recordsEffectively and accurately communicate with employees, individuals, and support coordinatorsEnsure effective recruiting of staff, retention, and trainingPerform home visits and as necessaryComplete incident reporting as necessaryConducts weekly home visits and supervision with home managers. Conducts weekly, monthly, and quarterly program audits to ensure quality supports and services for individuals. Develop, distribute as appropriate, and monitor staff schedule.
Develop and coordinate the planning and implementation of care and support plans, and assuming the responsibility for the implementation and appropriate documentation as needed. Provides the Executive Director with regular updates and reports on all clients. Prepares and submits monthly reports to the Program Director.
