Transformational Project ManagerOversee various transformational projects, implementing business process improvements, or implementing ERP systems for our clientsCoordinate project timeline with her/his teams to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the client's satisfactionCollaborate with the project manager(s) in the management of overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the project(s)Manage program level status, metrics, issues and risks and oversee overall completion and sign-off on program deliverablesLeverage broad business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablementProvide leadership and guidance to project managers and client leadership teams assigned to the projectsLead/Collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposalsAccountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for transformation projectsResponsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the projectProduce recognized pieces of transformational thought leadership and present at industry eventsQualifications:Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectivesAbility to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirementsExperience leading sales opportunitiesPrevious hands-on experience leading a specific functional streamExpert understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectivesAbility to work with C-levels as well as be hands on as requiredExcellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationshipsAt least five (5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experienceAt least six (6) years' experience in proposal and business case developmentProven sales experienceAbility to articulate the businesses enabled by SAP S/4HANADevelops detailed program plan, develop and monitor risk/issues, present status to internal and external stakeholdersAbility to lead steering committee meetings, lead team meetings, lead business meetings, and lead project management teamAbility to lead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomesExpert understanding of program financials and processesProvide accurate estimates, timeline, and ability to self-direct and mentor/manage teams and clientDeep understanding of industry specific KPI's and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the businessPrior working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4 HANAAbility to be hands on if required and mentor junior team membersAbility to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadershipExperience managing 20+ resourcesWillingness to travel up to 100%Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
