Program Director, Executive Education - Lead Global Programs

Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education (HKS Exec Ed) seeks a Program Director to manage a portfolio of 6-8 executive education programs with ~ $3M budget. You will lead delivery, coordinate faculty effort, ensure participant satisfaction, and oversee staff and vendor relationships to deliver programs with excellence.

This role requires strong project management, leadership, and financial oversight, as well as the ability to work across a fast-paced team supporting leaders globally.
