Job TitleExtensive experience overseeing large IT programs PMO- several simultaneous workstreams (oversee timelines, schedules, deliverables, staffing etc.) all aspects of IT large implementation program.Work with vendors, business, and technology subject matter experts to define scope, create estimates, develop budgets and project plans, and produce Statements of Work and other documentation needed for funding approvals.Hands-on with Project Planning, Issues and Risk Management and Project Quality AssuranceManage program to achieve target scope, schedule, and cost.Define and direct resource plans, budget tracking and forecastingExtensive PPM tools expertiseProvide leadership and oversight to a highly matrixed team comprised of IT and Business team membersProvide program multiple project teams with expertise, direction, motivation, and encouragementManage global team of PMs/PMO AnalystsManage customer stakeholders and participate in governance meetingsBe responsible for all aspects of program and projects within from program initiation through closureIdentify and manage dependencies and impacts among program s/ projects across the portfolio.Manage issues escalated from related projects within the programsDirect program / project activities, conduct reviews, manage risk mitigation and change control processes, and communicate status to senior executives within the development and business partner organizationsRequired:Extensive experience in program / project management of Business and IT program sExtensive PPM tools expertiseCertifications-PMP/ ITIL/ SAFeDemonstrated ability to manage large projects and prioritize activities appropriately
