Founded in 1992 by families for families, PLAN of Georgia provides lifetime care planning and comprehensive care management services in metro Atlanta. We operate as a "corner grocery store" organization - intimate, relationship-based, and deeply committed to the individuals and families we serve. As an affiliate of the National PLAN Alliance, we help families answer the question: "Who will care for my loved one when I'm gone?"
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to blend clinical expertise with leadership. Our Clinical Director provides strategic oversight of care management services while maintaining a personal caseload, supervising care managers, and ensuring the highest quality of person-centered care. You'll work alongside our current director during a thoughtful 12 month transition period, building relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
We're Looking For A licensed professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent) with a master's degree and 5 years of progressive experience in human services, including at least 2 years in supervisory leadership. You bring:
- Clinical excellence in working with individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities
