Responsibilities
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll coach you).
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience; treat members like family.
- Oversee program quality to ensure every class meets or exceeds the curriculum expectations set by The Little Gym International.
- Train and evaluate the team to maintain high performance and uphold the franchise’s standards.
Qualifications
- Background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics. Certification or experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for serving others.
- Ability to connect with children and parents alike.
- Enthusiasm, reliability, and a sense of humor.
- Experience in coaching or teaching in a kids’ environment is a plus.
Additional Information
Program Director requires gymnastics or cheer background or experience teaching children.
Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour.
All hiring decisions are made by individual franchise owners; applications go directly to the franchise.
