Program Development Associate

To support the growth of educational programming, the full-time Higher Ed Program Development Associate will focus on generating new business opportunities and developing partnerships with education abroad offices, utilizing sales techniques and project management skills in a remote or hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Proactively generate new business opportunities and exceed annual sales targets Establish and maintain relationships with education abroad professionals to understand their program needs Guide partners through the program development process using project management expertise Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in inside sales and recruitment, preferably in higher education Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM platforms Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and passion for learning Ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding targets
