Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will Do:Perform cost and schedule control and analysis of government contracts, program financials, and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data provided to program teamsSupport Earned Value Management System (EVMS) activities as required by contract or internal policyDevelop monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) and Estimates at Complete (EACs), including identification of drivers, consolidation of inputs, and metric analysisPrepare executive-level financial reporting and recurring leadership deliverablesSet up contract structures in SAP (APEX) and manage charge numbers (network structure)Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and execution trend analysis with program teamsSupport routine financial reviews with managementCollect and analyze financial data for accuracy, trends, and reportingPrepare internal and external financial reporting including bookings, sales, profit, cash, and backlog analysisSupport proposal development activitiesDevelop program budgets and perform cost and schedule variance analysisEnsure compliance with company financial policies and maintain financial controlsPerform ad hoc financial analysis as requiredSupport development of 5-year planning and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) forecastsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support program executionQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 2 years of finance/accounting experienceExperience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) conceptsExperience performing financial analysis, reporting, and providing recommendations to managementExperience with sales, profit, bookings, and cash flow forecastingExperience planning and managing daily tasks and delivering analytical outputsExperience communicating with all organizational levels in written and verbal formatsU.S.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
