Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.The SilverSmart™ program explores technology tools and services to support independence and to make aging in place easier. The Program Coordinator serves as a bridge between aging services and innovation.
This role is dedicated to identifying and implementing technology that empowers older adults to maintain independence and a high quality of life. The Program Coordinator will lead program initiatives, manage smart-home integrations, and provide hands-on technical support, ensuring smart technology is accessible and helpful to improve daily lives.QualificationsProgram Coordinator, SilverSmart™ requirements:Associate's degree in health-related field or marketing.One to two years related experience and/or training.Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, everyday language to a non-technical audience. Strong troubleshooting skills for both specialized smart-home systems and standard consumer electronics (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.).
