PRP Program Coordinator / Lead Rehabilitation Counselor (Part-Time)Company: Caring Hands Behavioral Health CenterProgram: OMHC / Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)Schedule:Part-TimeMonday–FridayApproximately 30–35 hours per weekGenerally between 9:00 AM – 4:30 PMCompensation:$18-$19 per hour (W2 position)Opportunity for productivity-based incentive pay as the program growsOpportunity for advancement over timePosition Summary:Caring Hands Behavioral Health Center is seeking a PRP Program Coordinator / Lead Rehabilitation Counselor to support the day-to-day operations of our clinic, the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) while also maintaining a small client caseload.This is a hybrid role that combines program coordination, scheduling, and operational oversight with direct client services. This position is designed to grow into a more senior coordination and leadership role as the program expands.Key Responsibilities:Program Coordination & Operations:Coordinate daily staff schedules and client assignmentsSupport intake scheduling and client flowServe as a point of contact for case managers and internal staffMonitor visit completion and documentation follow-upSupport daily program operations and front desk flow as neededTrack caseload distribution and basic productivityClinical / PRP Services:Provide PRP services to a limited caseload (approximately 18-20 clients)Complete required documentation in a timely and compliant mannerPerformance Expectations:Maintain organized scheduling and smooth daily operationsEnsure clients are being seen as scheduledEnsure documentation is completed timelySupport compliance with OMHC / PRP standardsHelp build structure and consistency in program operationsGrowth Opportunity:This role includes a 90-day performance review and is designed to grow in responsibility and hours over time, with a potential path toward a more senior coordination role and possible full-time status as the program expands.Qualifications:Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferredStrong administrative, coordination, and organizational skillsComfortable with scheduling, multitasking, and problem-solvingGood communication and teamwork skillsEMR experience (splashMD) preferredPRP / OMHC experience is a plus (but not required if trainable)Employment Type:W2 EmployeePart-TimeHow to Apply:Please submit your resume and contact information.
