The Program Coordinator reports directly to the Program Director.Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environmentProvide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care.Assist clients with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.Prepare meals and snacks.

May include grocery shopping.Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.Assist with transportation needs for community outings, appointments, and errandsImplement behavior supports and de-escalation during challenging behaviorsProvide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices.Administrative duties such as assisting with schedules, one-on-one training of staff, documentation and follow-up of individual and program related issues, and ensuring compliance with policies and Oregon Administrative Rules.Other duties as assignedWhy This Role:Personal fulfillment, a meaningful career, and the chance to make a difference.Positively impact someone's life.Gain health care experience to further your careerQualificationsWhat Makes You A Great Fit:2+ years of caregiver experience required (experience supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred)Valid driver's license requiredNAR PreferredMust be at least 21 years old HS Diploma or GED requiredHave a passion to help others through person-centered carePeople-oriented and have a team approachDependable, adaptable, and flexibleGood communication is key in this role.
