Program Coordinator, Law EventsThis position supports project and program development through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.

Key responsibilities include event planning, coordinating student services programs, and processing financial documents. This position is forward facing for both event tasks and meetings as well as being a point of contact for cross-campus departments pertaining to events and student programs. All tasks and responsibilities are in coordination with and overseen by the Program Manager for Law Events.This position is responsible for providing day-to-day operations support to team members throughout the planning, implementation and delivery of programs, and may serve as first point of contact for the unit. Duties may include: serving as primary contact with program participants, customer service and office support functions; facilitating communication between program participants and managerial staff; coordinating arrangements for the program such as meetings, conferences and banquets; collecting, compiling and summarizing program data and managing records; maintaining program calendars and schedules; and may utilize University programs to create, review and approval financial documents, and to provide routine financial reports to the program administrator.
