Project CoordinatorWe are seeking a Project Coordinator for our Continuing Education and Workforce Development department. This position will coordinate activities and projects related to continuing education and workforce development programming. This is a part-time, hourly position.Example of Duties:Coordinate educational and other departmental activitiesCoordinate and support student activitiesWork with staff to develop marketing materialsOrganize outreach activities and eventsWork with staff on departmental technology and databasesCollect and analyze data from department activitiesCollaborate with staff to prepare reportsPerform related administrative duties to support operationsOrder supplies and maintain program inventoriesParticipate in departmental events and activitiesPerform other related duties, as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of two years' experience working in an office environment requiredMust be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office software programsAbility to work both independently and in diverse teamsFlexibility to work some evenings and weekendsExperience working in higher education is a plusThe completion of a background check will be required for the selected candidate.
Compensation: Compensation is determined by a variety of criteria, including but not limited to, previous relevant experience, education level, and certifications.
