Job DescriptionAs a Program Controls Specialist II at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating program control activities that ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will provide critical support in tracking project schedules, costs, risks, and performance metrics to drive successful project execution.You will report directly to the Program Controls Manager and work from our location on a Hybrid work schedule.This role will have a significant impact on project delivery by enabling effective program oversight, improving forecasting accuracy, and facilitating communication across project teams and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelinesMonitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goalsIdentify potential risks and support mitigation planning effortsPrepare and present program status reports and dashboards to leadershipCollaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure program control processes are followedQualificationsYOU MUST HAVEExperience in program controls, project management, or related rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of project management principles and methodologiesStrong presentation and interpersonal communication skillsExperience with project planning and scheduling tools, strong in MS ExcelWE VALUEBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fieldExperience working in a global organizationAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environmentExperience with ERP tools such as SAP, scheduling software such as MS Project or P6, PMIS toolsIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
