- Six years of experience in administrative services, public health, social services, or health services
- Bachelor's degree plus three years of experience in administrative services, public health, social services, or health services
- Advanced degree in a social science field, public health, counseling, social work, rehabilitation services, business, or health administration
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Louisiana Driver's License and ability to pass drug screening and background check
