Program Consultant – LTSS

• Develop and manage one or more external client-facing programs within a business unit
• Monitor contract performance metrics and identify changes to contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and compliance obligations
• Assess contract and regulatory updates and recommend policy and process enhancements
• Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions
• Create documentation and deliver training to stakeholders
• Analyze performance trends, KPIs, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
• Support strategic initiatives and drive data-informed decision-making
• Manage program development, approval, implementation, and compliance
• Ensure programs meet stated objectives
• Provide subject matter expertise for day-to-day business issues
• Research applicable subject-matter practices and monitor industry trends
• Manage relationships and partner with corporate and regional business areas
• Coordinate training related to external client-facing programs
• Develop program success measures and conduct periodic program assessments

Requirements

• BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years of experience in external client-facing program management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Lived experience with behavioral health programs strongly preferred for the Behavioral Health organization
• Graduate degree preferred
• Professional designation related to the field preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• LTSS market experience strongly preferred
• Experience with HIP (Healthy Innovation Platform), Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and/or Compliance 360 preferred
• Ability to work in-office 1–2 days per week
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a posting location unless accommodation is granted as required by law
