Supporting the Youth Leadership Team, the full-time remote Program Associate, Higher Education will manage the implementation of the Mental Health Advocacy Institute, coordinate participant engagement, and facilitate student-led initiatives focused on mental health advocacy. Key responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Mental Health Advocacy Institute, including participant onboarding and program logistics Facilitate virtual sessions and provide coaching to college students on mental health advocacy action plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance program delivery and participant experiences Required qualifications At least one year of relevant experience in higher education programs or student leadership initiatives Experience engaging with college students and collaborating with campus staff or community partners Proficiency in Google products and project management platforms Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Commitment to equity and inclusion in student programming and engagement
