Program Assistant/ManagerThe Cato Institute seeks an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Program Assistant/Manager to join the Technology Policy team. The Technology Policy Program Manager or Assistant will support Cato's growing technology policy team individually as well as the program as a whole. This person will play an important role as Cato prepares to launch its tech policy center.

The role will be responsible for helping implement various plans for the growing team, coordinating internally, and, more generally, supporting Cato's presence as a go-to source for technology policy. The individual in the role will serve as a liaison between tech policy scholars and Cato's communications, events, development, government/external affairs, and other internal teams to ensure the program's priorities are well coordinated, communicated, and effectively executed.The ideal candidate for this position has strong organizational skills, the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks as well as strategic planning and execution, and an interest in technology policy and classical liberal ideas.This is a hybrid position in Washington, DC.The projected salary range for this role is $50,000 - $95,000 per year.
