Program AssistantJCCA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to support our Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program.This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for a multidisciplinary team serving youth ages 10–21 with complex mental health needs. Services are team-based and highly coordinated, family-driven and youth-guided, focused on improving stability, functioning, and long-term well-being.Position SummaryThe Program Assistant is a key non-clinical team member responsible for administrative coordination, data management, and operational support.You will manage client records, support billing and reporting processes, coordinate communication, and ensure the program runs efficiently while maintaining compliance with ACT model standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage client records and program data systems to ensure accuracy and complianceCoordinate with C-SPOA to track and obtain required documentationSupport revenue cycle processes, including tracking and reportingMaintain budget and expenditure records for the programProvide front-line support by triaging calls and coordinating communication with families and team membersParticipate in team meetings and maintain consistent communication with staffMonitor and report on program performance metricsSupport administrative operations and special projects as neededQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum 5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced setting (e.g., healthcare, mental health, residential programs, or human services)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyExperience managing data systems, records, and budgetsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new platformsProfessional and courteous communication styleBilingual (Spanish-speaking)Salary: $24.72 per hour ($45K annually) + differential offered for Spanish language skills
