To support the Department of Veterans Health Affairs (VHA) portfolio, the fully remote Program and Capture Manager will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, oversee delivery teams, and lead business development efforts by building relationships with stakeholders and developing strategic capture plans. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives Oversee delivery teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and budget-compliant deliverables Lead capture plans, including client challenge identification and proposal response development Required Qualifications Master's Degree PMP Certification Minimum 10 years of experience in program management Proven ability to manage project cost, schedule, and performance Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal healthcare agencies is preferred
