Supporting AUKUS-related program activities, the full-time remote Program Analyst, Journeyman will coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple workstreams, track program deliverables and milestones, and maintain documentation while preparing updates for stakeholders. Key responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day AUKUS program activities to ensure timely execution and alignment Track program actions and maintain visibility into status, identifying potential gaps and delays Prepare program updates and reports to communicate key issues and outstanding actions to leadership and stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, International Affairs, or a related field At least five years of relevant professional experience in program coordination or management support Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder programs or initiatives Ability to analyze program information and communicate findings effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
