DutiesThe incumbent develops and implements Information Technology (IT) Acquisition policy, procedures, and guidelines to manage IT contracts.Implements centralized life cycle management, direction and guidance for acquisition sustainment and implementation.Performs contracting officer representative (COR) functions for IT service support contracts. Assists division managers in developing contractual plans.Leads and coordinates the efficient planning, allocation and use of resources (funds and manpower) to satisfy customer requirements.
