Program AdministratorThe Program Administrator assists program managers in daily tasks including reporting of job status and other metrics and performs administrative support functions such as order-entry, document scanning and retention. Administrators interact with customers verbally and via e-mail to respond to inquiries and resolve disputes as needed, and communicate regularly with Program Managers and personnel in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to obtain and relay information regarding customer orders.Essential Functions To accomplish this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
