Program AdministratorABA SHINE is seeking an experienced Program Administrator to lead the launch and operation of a Level 7 Residential Facility serving children (ages 17 and under) with severe behavioral and clinical needs. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring:Regulatory compliance (Title 22 & Title 17)Program stability and safetyStaff performance and retentionCoordination with Regional Center (RCEB)The ideal candidate has experience in high-acuity residential or behavioral programs and understands the complexity of supporting individuals transitioning from CCH, or high-risk placements.
