Program AdministratorApex Systems has an opening available for a Program Administrator with one of our GovCon clients supporting a DoD program out of Alexandria, VA. The Program Administrator will coordinate with Program Management and customer stakeholders to maintain operational awareness and ensure the smooth execution of daily activities. The position requires working collaboratively with team members to address administrative challenges and improve workflow efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate closely with Program Management and customer stakeholders to maintain operational awareness.Work with team members to address administrative challenges and improve workflow.Contribute to a high-performing team by supporting personnel actions and maintaining documentation.Generate meeting notes and track action items.Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.Support program deliverable reporting and assist with contractual and PMO documentation.Manage schedules, coordinate customer interactions, and maintain records using standard productivity tools.Required QualificationsEducation: An Associate's degree is required.Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience is required.Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.

Experience with scheduling, documentation management, and customer communication tools is also required.Preferred QualificationsA Bachelor's degree.Experience supporting a PMO in a federal customer environment.Experience with Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools.Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
