Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure optimal store performance and profitability
• Manage all aspects of customer service, including handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Manage financial services, including cash management and accounts receivable
• Ensure all store tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Manage front desk operations, including cooking and food preparation

The yearly salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a maximum of 15 years
• Experience in the retail industry, especially in a managerial role
• A valid work visa if not a US citizen
• Experience in the telecom/ISP industry is a plus

• Strong sales skills and understanding of the sales process
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with complaints effectively
• Proficiency in accounts receivable and cash management
• Ability to work effectively at the front desk and in a cooking role
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make quick decisions
