Professional Services Operations Lead

Owning the intake and workflow governance processes, the full-time remote Professional Services Operations Lead will manage incoming requests, ensure proper routing to teams, and maintain visibility across the Professional Services delivery pipeline. Key responsibilities Oversee the Professional Services intake process, categorizing incoming requests and flagging any issues before they enter the delivery queue Route accepted requests to the appropriate teams and review deal documentation to resolve gaps before work enters the pipeline Build and improve operational workflows and maintain compliance with company policies, including HIPAA regulations Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services or implementation operations Experience with intake, triage, or workflow governance in a delivery context Working knowledge of project-based billing and contract entitlements Ability to quickly learn the company's product lines and identify process gaps independently Clear communicator with experience in scaling organizations
