In this role, you will enable our consulting team with the tools, resources, reports, operational processes, data and analysis to do their best work.What You'll DoOwn all data, metrics, reports, dashboards for the Adobe Workfront Professional Services teamAccurately forecast professional services revenue and assist in monthly revenue recognition via close partnership with the finance teamCalculate and analyze core metrics (utilization, forecast accuracy, CSAT, capacity, margin, backlog, etc.)Build and maintain reports in Workfront, Salesforce, PowerBi, and ExcelDive deep into data to identify improvement areas to drive performance and company growthAdminister periodic surveys to assess customer satisfaction of delivered servicesManage operational process improvement and integration projectsFacilitate relationships across various roles, teams and departments to accomplish Adobe Workfront's strategic goalsWhat You Need To Succeed2+ years operations/analytics experienceExperience working in professional servicesExperience forecasting revenueBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or related fieldExcellent organizational, project management, time management, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.High attention to detail and follow throughProven ability to manage through change, adapt and thrive under disruptive circumstancesAbility to quickly learn new software and distinctly explain business conceptsAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse set of internal constituencies including senior level executives, technical, finance, legal, sales and marketingAt Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $72,400 -- $153,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
