Leading a dynamic team, the full-time remote Professional Services Lead will implement and support transformational business solutions across Microsoft's cloud-based platforms while overseeing team strategy, resource allocation, and performance metrics. Key responsibilities Assign team members to roles and monitor their fit to enhance team effectiveness Allocate resources across projects based on priority and capacity Establish team priorities and define metrics to track performance and progress Required qualifications 7-10 years of experience within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem (NAV/Business Central or other Microsoft cloud platforms) Several years in a leadership or management role overseeing project teams or service delivery Experience with resource planning, governance structures, and performance metrics Proven track record of monitoring financial performance and maintaining budget accountability Strong interest in AI and its application in service delivery
