To support organizations in designing, deploying, and operating reliable DNS infrastructure, the full-time Professional Services Engineer will manage the full lifecycle of customer engagement, including network design, troubleshooting, and incident resolution, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide expert guidance on network design, implementation, deployment, and migration services for single-site and multi-site configurations Handle troubleshooting, incident management, and resolution of customer support tickets related to PowerDNS Collaborate with internal teams and customers to facilitate solutions and drive product evolution through feedback and feature requests Required qualifications Deep understanding of DNS functions and deployments across various environments Experience with technologies such as Ansible, Helm, Linux, Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP Fluency in English is required; Spanish fluency is strongly preferred Proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with multicultural teams across different time zones
