Responsibilities
- Deliver implementation and/or consulting to projects
- Provide clients with mentorship and advice for workflow planning
- Conduct product training for clients
- Optimize implementation workflows using AI-enabled tools
- Provide ongoing support and training to laboratory staff on LIMS usage
- Document system configurations, procedures, and any changes for compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences/Pharma or Toxicology related degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory management or laboratory informatics
- Strong understanding of LIMS systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with SQL query writing and Programming Languages (C++, Java, PL/SQL)
- Familiarity with laboratory operations, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with API/Interfaces (HL7)
- Minimum 3 years SQL database management and reporting tools
- Experience utilizing AI tools, like Co-Pilot, to streamline processes and communication
