Talent Acquisition Professional (Contract Assignment)This is a 6 month contract assignment, with the actual length to be determined by individual performance and hiring activity. The Talent Acquisition professional will partner with operating group management across the US to provide comprehensive recruiting services for professional level positions. You'll have support from management and the Talent team, however you'll be expected to take ownership of your recruitment projects with the responsibility to fill positions in a timely fashion with well qualified talent.
You'll lead the recruitment and selection process, including ensuring all job requirements, company policies and affirmative action guidelines are met. Expect to be challenged by a full workload, difficult searches and demanding managers.
