Professional Recruiter

$60,000-$75,000 Base + Monthly Commission, $100,000 OTE Candidate-Focused Recruiting Role. No Business Development Required. Key Resource Group is a Buffalo-based, woman-owned staffing and recruiting firm with more than four decades of experience connecting professional talent with leading employers. Your job is simple in concept, but critical to our success: find exceptional candidates.

You`ll partner with our experienced recruiters on active professional searches while concentrating on what you do best - sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and managing candidates. There is no business-development or client-prospecting requirement for this position.

What You`ll Do

• Source and recruit candidates for professional direct-hire/permanent positions.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting databases, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews to understand experience, accomplishments, career goals, compensation expectations and motivation.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against specific client requirements.
• Build relationships with talented professionals - even when they aren`t actively looking for a job.
• Develop and maintain pipelines of professional candidates.
• Present strong candidates internally to the recruiter managing the client relationship.
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Assist candidates with resume positioning, interview preparation and career guidance.
• Manage candidate follow-up through interview, offer, acceptance and placement.

Our searches primarily include Legal, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Operations Management and Administrative/Professional Support.
