Where This Can Go

We actively develop our team members into leadership roles. Growth opportunities include Trainer, Deep Clean Specialist, Mentor, Content Creator, and Pod Leader. We're especially looking for people with the potential to become trainers -- no one starts there, but if you earn it by mastering the work and bringing others along with you, we'll invest in developing you. We'll be watching for it from day one.

This Role Is Physically Demanding

Cleaning homes is active, physical work. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to:

• Stand, walk, and stay on your feet for most of an 8-hour shift
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and reach repeatedly throughout the day
• Lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 30 lbs)
• Perform repetitive motions such as scrubbing, wiping, and vacuuming
• Climb stairs in residential homes

If you're not comfortable with this level of physical activity on a daily basis, this may not be the right fit.

• Strong reliability and consistent attendance -- you show up ready every day
• High attention to detail and genuine pride in thorough work
• Professionalism and warmth while working inside private family homes
• A servant's heart -- you care about the people behind the homes you clean
• Ability to work independently after training
• A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle

Where You'll Work

You’ll serve homes throughout Rockwall County and surrounding areas. Our office is in Fate -- you’ll stop in about once a week for team meetings, training, and supply restocks.
