Professional Learning Operations Manager

To ensure the seamless delivery of over 1,000 professional learning sessions for educators nationwide, the full-time remote Professional Learning Operations Manager will manage operational workflows, balance scheduling complexities, and continuously improve processes while supporting facilitator workloads. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end facilitator assignment workflow for virtual and onsite professional learning sessions Track and analyze operational data to anticipate capacity constraints and inform staffing recommendations Oversee daily operational rhythms and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risks Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in training operations, learning operations, or professional services delivery Experience managing complex resource allocation and scheduling across virtual and in-person channels Strong spreadsheet and data-management skills for identifying operational risks Experience improving workflows through automation or system configuration BA/BS or equivalent professional experience
