Professional Learning Coordinator

Owning the professional learning initiatives, the full-time remote Professional Learning Coordinator will manage the design and execution of e2L University, oversee video calibration processes, and coordinate the onboarding experience for new team members. Key responsibilities Design and execute e2L's professional learning strategy and coordinate e2L University sessions Facilitate the video calibration process and ensure consistent scoring among coaches and observers Coordinate the onboarding experience for new hires, connecting them with relevant resources Required qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 2-4 years of experience in professional learning, coaching, or talent development Familiarity with engage2learn's GROWE coaching model or a comparable framework Experience in K-12 education and/or EdTech strongly preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
