Responsibilities
* Working with home owners to provide exceptional customer service
* Completing various handyman and remodel jobs such as drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing, etc.
* Planning and managing the job site
* Organizing and managing materials and equipment for the jobs
* Invoicing and payment completion for every job
* Cleaning the interior and exterior of the company vehicle
* Assisting in marketing and sales on and around the job sites
* Representing House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise
Skills and Requirements
* 5 to 10+ years of home repair and remodel field experience
* Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the residential construction, repair and remodel industries
* Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
* Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
* A strong work ethic and highly dependable
* Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
* Driver's license is required
