Professional Development Contractor

To support nationwide delivery of high-quality, Science of Reading-aligned professional learning, the part-time independent contractor will facilitate onsite and virtual professional development sessions, lead Family Engagement Nights, and provide implementation support for educators and families. Key responsibilities Facilitate virtual and in-person professional development sessions for educators and families Provide implementation support to ensure effective use of Just Right Reader resources in participating districts Communicate with district partners and represent the organization professionally during engagements Required qualifications Demonstrated experience leading and coaching in educational or relationship-driven environments Knowledge of Science of Reading curriculum Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders Excellent communication skills, capable of building trust with educators and leaders Highly organized with the ability to establish structure and accountability in a fast-paced environment
