Professional Construction Management
Possess a degree in architecture, engineering, business management or construction management (from an accredited college/university) or, in lieu of the degree, the candidate must have ten (10) years of management experience in the construction management field.
The right candidate will be paid $3,000.00/Month living allowance.
The job requires full‑time on‑site in Dunseith, ND. Construction management on projects related to Government/Military is highly preferred. Please vet candidates carefully against job requirements.
Responsibilities
- Have experience in developing and maintaining complex, long‑term, multi‑year project management activities including but not limited to:
- Developing and controlling budgets and funding strategies
- Scheduling and coordination of project interactions among existing and occupied facilities
- Managing interdisciplinary teams of professionals and supporting labor categories
- Integrating competing and/or conflicting elements into the planning and execution processes so that project requirements flow smoothly
- Familiarity with Federal and local government office building projects, with procedural requirements, review requirements, and approval requirements
Comments/Special Instructions
The current Substantial Completion date for the project is around October 2027. Salary is negotiable for the best candidate. Conversion is possible for best performer after six months. No remote work is allowed. No VISA sponsorship. No relocation.
