Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT and company regulations.
- Transport freight efficiently across long-haul routes throughout the U.S.
- Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs using an ELD device.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to plan routes and manage delivery schedules.
- Uphold safety standards and represent the company professionally on the road and at customer sites.
- Valid CDL-A license (held for at least 2 years).
- Minimum 1 year of recent OTR driving experience.
- Proficiency in using ELD devices on tablets.
- Familiarity with highway compliance checkpoints and weigh scales.
- Clean criminal record (required for freight security purposes).
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Safe and compliant operation of Class A commercial vehicles
- Effective time and route management for long-haul driving
- Technical proficiency with ELD devices and in-cab technology
- Solo Drivers: $0.65 per mile (all miles paid - loaded and empty)
- Team Drivers: $0.80 per mile (split between team members)
- Bonus: $300 for staying out 5 consecutive weeks
- No forced dispatch - choose your preferred routes and lanes
- Paid orientation at the Elgin, IL facility

- Typical rotations: 3-4 weeks on the road , followed by up to 5 days off.
