This role involves developing and managing a commercial and industrial pipeline across the assigned New Jersey territory, focusing on energy-efficiency projects. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a hybrid work environment.Required Skills & Qualifications:B.S.

Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, and 5 years of experience in energy efficiency programs and business development. In lieu of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.Experience managing vendor performance and leading cross-functional teams.Experience in Energy Efficiency or Electric Vehicle programs.Experience in Business/Customer Relationship Development.Management/leadership experience with cross-functional teams.Valid US driver's license.Prior work experience in the client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification.MBA or Advanced Degree.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Develop and manage a commercial and industrial pipeline across the assigned New Jersey territory.Refer residential opportunities encountered in the field into the appropriate residential program pathways.Oversee the performance of vendors and ensure safety protocols and practices are followed.Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to deliver program services and resolve business issues.Monitor program Key Performance Indicators and prepare status reports.Serve as a Client advocate across the territory, building relationships and capturing feedback.Assist with special projects as necessary.Foster an inclusive work environment and respect diversity.Company Benefits & Culture:Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Inclusive and diverse work environment.
