MUST be local to Dallas, TX Shift Timing: Mon thru Fri; 7am-4pm CST Duration: 0- 8 months Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $23.00-$30.00/hourResponsibilitiesRecord revenue transactions in compliance with ASC 606Support month-end close activities, including manual billings, adjustments, Oracle uploads, AR reconciliations, and financial analysisPrepare monthly financial statements and ad-hoc reportsMonitor AR aging and escalate collection issues when necessaryPartner with Legal, Sales, Operations, and Contract Management to review contracts and ensure accurate billing setupAssist with system conversions, implementations, and process-automation initiativesMaintain ASC 606 documentation and prepare Future Backlog Billing reports for SEC disclosuresManage large data sets, queries, imports/exports, and reportingSupport internal and external audit requestsAnalyze billing data to identify trends and process-improvement opportunitiesResolve billing issues promptly to support Sales and Client AccountsContribute to special projects and ad-hoc assignmentsJob QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business1–3 years of general or operational accounting experience (large company/high-volume environment preferred)Minimum of 2 years of billing experienceExperience reading billable contracts is highly desiredStrong business acumen and technical accounting knowledgeExperience with Oracle Financial Systems (highly preferred)Experience in Salesforce a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tables, queries, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)Experience with system conversions or client implementations
