• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom events.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
• Support the emotional and social development of students through guidance and mentorship.

Requirements:

• Experience in early childhood education.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
• Relevant educational credentials (e.g., CDA, ECE degree).
• Background check clearance and references required.
• Flexibility to adapt to various teaching scenarios and student needs.
